Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original boutique box along with the packing slip, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to prevent damage.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
